The harbor

Ships arrive from towns that never built indoor markets (XRP Ledger, Bitcoin). An agent on the dock locks extra collateral. Customs stamps the arrival. The town mints FXRP — a 1:1 working copy you can spend in Market Row, then redeem back to native XRP.

Why a town

A stack diagram tells an engineer what talks to what. A town tells a person where value lives, who watches the gates, and what breaks if a district goes dark.

The one idea

Most chains buy their weather (prices) and their border stamps (proofs) from vendors. Flare built both into the municipal grid, then used them to let XRP, and later BTC, walk into Market Row without a custodian holding the keys.

What you can do

Holders: mint FXRP at the harbor, put it to work in the market. Stakers: keep the powerhouse lit. Builders: read the clocktower instead of wiring a third-party oracle.

What this is not

Not a wallet. Not advice. Not Flare Foundation. A reading of the public map, drawn so a first visit does not require a whitepaper.
